New victim advocate announced by Lander Police Department

The Lander Police Department (LPD) announced today, January 6th, Darline Combs is their new Victim/Witness Advocate.
LPD shared the following information about Darline on their Facebook page:
Darline joins the department with approximately 15 years of service and experience from a career at the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins. One of many joys in Darline’s life is horseback riding. Darline is currently taking Equestrian courses at Central Wyoming College. As it pertains to Darline’s duty assignment, Darline will be performing a variety of functions to assist, promote and communicate with victims of crime that the Lander Police Department comes into contact with. For the meantime, Darline will begin shadowing and training alongside the many other Victim/Witness Advocates/Specialists in Fremont County. Welcome aboard Darline!
