If you are anywhere near Hudson right now, you can probably smell Lovey’s County Kitchen’s smoker cooking away for their grand opening tonight, December 6th, 2019. Owners Renee (aka Lovey) and David Brock are sharing their southern roots with Fremont County. Doors open at 5:00 pm tonight.
The new restaurant is located at 9065 Highway 789 in Hudson and conveniently located next to Wyoming Custom Meats. Their winter hours are currently Tuesday – Saturday from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm and dinner from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.

They are making fresh homemade breakfasts, hot lunches, barbeque, steaks, and more. Their recipes are passed down from Lovey’s great grandmothers who resided in the deep south.
A few dinner items include smoked pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and Wagyu steaks with scratch-made sides like baked mac and cheese, veggies, and baked beans with brisket. You can expect traditional breakfast items, including scratch-made buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, and so much more. They also offer a ‘grab and go’ breakfast for your morning commute on Highway 789.
Check out their Facebook page for more information and photos of their menu.
