Update on December 11th one-vehicle rollover

by | Dec 13, 2019 11:46AM

An antelope crossing US-135/Sand Draw Road reportedly caused the one-vehicle rollover earlier this week. The driver did not sustain any significant or life-threatening injuries in the wreck even though “they were completely ejected from the vehicle,” according to Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP).

Narrative shared by WHP:

The driver removed their seatbelt to take off their coat, and an antelope ran in front of the vehicle. They went off the road when they swerved to miss the antelope and eventually rolled.

No other details, including the driver’s name, were shared by WHP.

We are waiting to hear back from local law enforcement for a few other wrecks this week. We will share updates when more information is provided.
