Vance Piercy

Vance L. Piercy, 60 of Riverton, Wyoming passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming with his family by his side. Vance was born to Dale and Theresa (Blomberg) Piercy on April 5, 1959 in Riverton, Wyoming. vance was a passionate and kind man who enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his friends and family. He worked for Big Eagle Mines in Jeffrey City from 1977 to 1981. In 1981 he went to work at Meadow Gold Dairy where he was employed until 2006. He then worked for Stallion Oilfield Services from 2006 until 2017.

Vance married Becky Thompson in 1977, and had two daughters, Amanda and Lois, they later divorced.

He then married Doreen Judkins in 1988 and had daught Blair, they later divorced.

Vance was extremely loving and proud of his three daughters, Amanda Piercy of Riverton; Lois Lebsack and husband Nate of Colorado; and Blair Steele, and husband Blake of Missouri. He is also survived by his sister, Vivien Piercy (Auntie V) of Riverton; brothers, Vint Piercy and his wife Lori of Nevada; Vonn Piercy of Cheyenne and Joe Reece of Riverton, Grandchildren Braxton Piercy, Kenady Lebsack, Finley Liebsack and Merrick Steele, as well as many nieces and nephews. Vance was such an amazing grandpa, and loved his grandchildren very much. Vance was preceded in deathy by his parents Dale and Tess Piercy.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Elks Lodge in Riverton, Wyoming from 11:00 to 3:00. Lunch will be provided.

Contribution may be made to the family of Vance to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
