Were you at the Denver International Airport on December 11th?

Three children with confirmed cases of measles passed through the Denver International Airport (DEN) on Wednesday, December 11th between 1:15 pm and 5:45 pm, according to Tri-County Health Department.

The areas at DEN the children visited include: Concourse A, train to baggage claim, west baggage claim, and west level 4 passenger pick up areas.

The children have been hospitalized at the Children’s Hospital Colorado. There is also a concern for folks who were at the Anschutz Campus Emergency Department wing of the hospital on Thursday, December 12th between 1:00 pm and 7:30 pm.

Fremont County Public Health Nurse Becky Parkins shared the greatest concern is for those who have not recevied the MMR vaccine and people with compromised immune systems.
